May all of our friends, families, clients and colleagues in the LGBTQIA+ community feel accepted, valued, and appreciated in the workplace and in life.
I want to see more LGBTQIA+ people in leadership roles, portrayed respectfully in media & entertainment, and for the concept of family to be much expanded. Likewise, we need more listeners, allies and advocates in the workplace, in decision-making roles, and in our society.
